These terms apply to purchases of AIToolsera digital downloads and batch image upscaling services. By purchasing or requesting a paid service, you agree to the scope, pricing, and delivery terms confirmed before payment.
Products and Services
AIToolsera offers downloadable AI workflow files, Windows beta packages, and optional manual batch image upscaling services for product images, catalog images, posters, and archive photos. Batch service packages may include Starter Batch, Catalog Batch, and Priority Batch options.
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the website are in USD unless stated otherwise. For batch services, the final price and scope may be confirmed by email before payment. When a purchase is paid through Creem, Creem processes the checkout and payment as the merchant of record.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, usable source files, and any information needed to complete the order. You must own or have permission to use and submit the images you provide. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, adult, abusive, deceptive, or harmful material.
Service Results
Image upscaling quality depends on the source file, target size, image type, and selected workflow. We do not guarantee that every image can be restored, enlarged, or improved to a specific visual result. If a paid service output does not match the confirmed scope, contact support so we can review the order.
Refunds and Delivery
Refunds and delivery timing are handled according to our Refund Policy and Delivery Policy.
