Refund Policy

AIToolsera sells digital tools and optional batch image upscaling services. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for downloadable files, paid service packages, duplicate payments, and delivery issues.
Digital Downloads
Downloadable files are normally not refundable after access is provided. If a download is broken, unavailable, or substantially different from its description, contact us and we will either provide a working copy or review the purchase for a refund.
Batch Image Upscaling Services
For paid batch services, refund eligibility depends on the work status. Orders may be refunded before processing starts. After processing begins, refunds are reviewed based on the confirmed scope and the amount of work already completed. If delivered files do not match the confirmed scope, we may offer one reasonable reprocessing pass before reviewing a refund.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
If you believe you were charged twice or paid for the wrong package, email us with the receipt details. Valid duplicate charges can be refunded to the original payment method.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@aitoolsera.com with your order email, package name, payment receipt, and a short description of the issue. Refunds for payments processed through Creem are handled through the Creem payment flow and may take additional time depending on the payment method.
