AIToolsera delivers digital downloads and optional manual batch image upscaling services. There is no physical shipping. Delivery timing depends on the product type and the scope confirmed by email.
Digital Downloads
Free or paid digital files are delivered by download link on the website, in the checkout flow, or by email. If a link is unavailable, contact support and we will provide a working download path when the file is still offered.
Batch Service Delivery
- We review your package, image count, target size, image type, and deadline.
- We confirm the final scope and price by email before paid processing starts.
- After payment, we process the files according to the confirmed scope.
- Finished files are delivered through a shared download folder or another agreed download method.
Estimated Turnaround
Starter Batch orders are usually reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Catalog Batch orders are usually handled within 2 to 4 business days after the scope and files are confirmed. Priority Batch orders receive faster review and scheduling, with exact timing confirmed by email before payment.
Customer File Requirements
Customers are responsible for sending usable source files and confirming that they have the right to submit those images for processing. We may decline files that are unlawful, infringing, abusive, adult, deceptive, or outside the confirmed service scope.
